Terms of Use

The Service provides points-based prediction markets, informational AI tools, and developer APIs. Points are currently not redeemable for fiat or crypto. The Service does not offer investment advice, gambling operator services, lottery sales, proxy sports betting, fund custody, or guaranteed outcomes.

• You must be at least 18 (or older if your jurisdiction requires a higher age).
• Accounts are personal; do not share or transfer credentials.
• Sign-up may use email, Google, MetaMask, or other Supabase Auth providers.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.
• Access may be limited or blocked in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions. See our regulatory posture and on-site geo notices.

• Placing a prediction deducts points; settlement and cancellation follow market rules.
• Creators/admins resolve markets; disputes may be filed after resolution timelock.
• A protocol rake may be taken from the settlement pool.
• Points and market results have no guaranteed cash value.

Lottery, sports, chat, and Kelly helpers are informational. You must accept the AI disclaimer before use. We do not warrant accuracy, profitability, or legality of outputs. Use of third-party sportsbooks or lotteries is solely at your risk and under their terms and local law.

• Pro is billed monthly via Stripe where configured.
• Billing, cancellation, and refunds follow Stripe Customer Portal and Stripe policies.
• Plans, quotas, and features may change with notice.
• Discord/Telegram bots share web plan quotas; bots do not take payment.

External connectors (e.g. Polymarket, Kalshi) are read-only snapshots and are not Prophecy markets. API keys and webhooks are for authorized Pro/Team use subject to rate limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, points balances, AI outputs, or third-party links.
